'WideningPerspective's dream was always clear: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Paris. Established by the Thompson lineage in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a humble family endeavor, boasting recipes that spanned multiple generations.
Emily Thompson, the visionary behind our establishment, mastered pizza craftsmanship on her journeys across Italy, gaining insights from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza originated. After her return to the UK, she set out to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, honoring traditional processes and selecting only the premium ingredients.
What started out as a quaint 12-seater has blossomed into a cherished culinary landmark, though our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains steadfast. We continue to employ classic wood-fired methods, knead our dough from scratch daily, and prioritize the procurement of exemplary ingredients.
To this day, ‘WideningPerspective’ is still upheld by its founding family, with the Thompson successors steering our enthusiastic crew. While we have adopted new advancements, the essence of our operation is unaltered: we serve up delectable, traditional pizza that unites people.
